Requirements & Compensation:
This position is not salaried. This position is commission based and requires you generate your own clients. Commissions are based on experience. Actual Property Managers must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent or be able to obtain a Virginia Real Estate License within 90 days of starting with the company. Property Manager Assistants do not have to be licensed. You must have transportation & phone communication.
